- Do you accept private insurance?

Yes. We offer direct billing to most major extended health care plans (like Greenshield, Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, and Blue Cross, etc.). Just bring your insurance information to your first appointment and we’ll handle the paperwork for you.
- Can I come to your clinic for a workplace injury (WSIB)?

Yes. We provide full rehabilitation for work-related injuries covered by WSIB. Bring your claim number, date of injury, and employer details to your first visit, and we’ll assist with the billing directly. If you haven’t started your claim we can help you start the process.
- Do you handle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims?

Yes. We assist patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and bill directly through your auto insurance provider. Our team will help you complete the required paperwork so you can focus on your recovery.
- Are you an OHIP-funded clinic?

Yes. We are a designated clinic for government-funded physiotherapy. If you are under 19, 65 or older, receiving Ontario Works or ODSP, or have recent post-hospitalization needs, you may qualify for OHIP coverage. Speak to your doctor about a referral, or call our team to check your eligibility.
